I nearly sent these guys home to get the gorgeous dog Max... but Boston is so darn adorable I let it slide... vowed to bring Max next time though!
Gotcha!! Great to see you Beth and Blaine as always and Boston you come by anytime!! See you around St. Paddy's day! Hope for snow first!
Hydie & Lake (& Ridge)

This session was so much fun - hard work as Mr Lake had not had the planned nap and we did resort to a little bribery! But here is the lovely Ridge!
Giving his momma some love!
These two have a great playful relationship. Its so cool having the privilege to watch parents relationships with their kiddos. These two are tight!
Then a little more serious and soulful.
See you soon Lake! Thank you for a wonderful morning!
A little Ponder

So Missoula has not been blessed with copious amounts of snow this winter - some of us miss that! We have had many days of 34 degrees and ice. We have had bad news for our local economy for several months. The fate of Missoula's vibrant downtown is again up in the air. Many people around us are struggling. So I found this again tonight and it seems a great time to share - wishing you all a great week. May the smiles of your family, the ones you love remind you that we are blessed to be loved and to have health - the rest is the necessary gravy. But we can support one another and be here for each other in times that are not as rich as others.
Here are three mutts who just keep me on my toes - pure uncluttered love - as long as I feed them on time! |
Don’t Quit
When things go wrong as they sometimes will.
When the road you’re trudging seems all up hill.
When funds are low and the debts are high.
And you want to smile, but you have to sigh.
When care is pressing you down a bit.
Rest, if you must, but don’t you quit.
Life is queer with its twists and turns.
As everyone of us sometimes learns.
And many a failure turns about
When he might have won had he stuck it out:
Don’t give up though the pace seems slow –
You may succeed with another blow.
Success is failure turned inside out –
The silver tint of the clouds of doubt.
And you never can tell how close you are.
It may be near when it seems so far:
So stick to the fight when you’re hardest hit –
It’s when things seem worst that you must not QUIT.

Here are two real good reasons for me to keep smiling - loving life and to remind me to be thankful for the small things. This was on our way back from Helena after our INS visit last week.

Well Chase is a bit older than 1, more like 18 months but that was because a new baby brother arrived back in November. He got to have mom to himself this morning that he came in - and he was pretty happy about that!
A little giggler!! I think he has full potential to be a mischievous imp in years to come!
Camo for dad! Great to see you Sarah - talk to you Friday!
And Mr Chase you are a ham!! See you soon buddy!
