Cole came to celebrate his first birthday. His cousin who is a couple of months younger dropped in to check out the cakes and show us how big she has gotten since Christmas. These two are hysterical together. Yup Cole did manage to sneak most of her cup cake in the end!

Equal Pay

Today recognizes that women if they want to see equal pay to their male counterparts then this is the end of our fiscal year to make the same dollar amount that men would have reached December 31st 2007. Crazy huh!! Becky and I were in Bozeman this morning and discovered this interesting fact from Babs at ALARA - the coolest jewelry store there and in Missoula. We were meant to photograph an engagement session but a fire saw our future groom off to do his duty.... good day out and 23% savings at ALARA to celebrate the wage difference - hopefully each year will see this gap narrow!
